TERMS OF SERVICE

General Info

⤿ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.⤿ By commissioning me you automatically agree that your pieces will be drawn in my style.
I will not accept requests of copying a particular style, body exagerations and such.⤿ Do NOT rush me. People who will be a hassle to work with will be blacklisted.⤿ Do not redistribute, claim, copy, or edit my art in any way or form.⤿ Only the commissioner may re-upload the art to their socials, crop it for icons or use it on ref sheets (with credit).

Artwork

⤿ Depending on the commission type, my workload and personal schedule I complete artworks between 1 week - 3 months. If somehow it will take longer than that I will give a prior notice.⤿ All work I create is copyrighted to me and I am free to use it in advertisements or host in my galleries.⤿ Each extra characters in the same commission piece are paid in full (limited to 3 characters in each piece).⤿ Do NOT use my art for AI or NFTs.

Payment

╰› I accept Euro € or the equivalent in USD $.╰› Payment can be done via Paypal, or through VGen or Ko-Fi.╰› Commissions must be paid 100% full upfront.╰› Payment is expected within 2 days after claiming a slot, unless discussed otherwise.╰› I don't accept payment plans.╰› If a commission has been canceled before work has been placed, a full refund will be issued.╰› If the commission is canceled after work has been started, no refund will be available since time and labor has already been invested.

Ordering

╰› You can place an order by messaging me on my Discord (preferred), email or any of the other socials linked.╰› A clear digital reference sheet of your character is required to place a commission. No traditional references, uncolored linearts, or text descriptions.╰› If you're ordering a custom design or a reference sheet be as detailed as possible from the start. I will not accept any major changes after I've already started working on them.╰› ON REQUEST, a preview can be sent once the sketch phase is done, for confirmation / possible changes.╰› Unlimited free revisions only apply to the sketch phase.
╰› I won't accept any revisions once I've moved on from the sketch phase to other phases.╰› Unless specified by the commissioner, I will choose the pose or background (if applicable) for commissions.

Custom Designs / Sold Adopts

╰› DON'T turn the adopts that you buy from me into closed species. This doesn't apply to custom designs.╰› The design / adopt can be resold for the same price it was bought for, unless extra art has been added to it.╰› You can reupload to Toyhouse or other sites if you credit me. I use Asykriel everywhere╰› The owner is allowed to change the design, gender, species etc. as they wish once bought.╰› No refunds after characters / designs have been transferred╰› Holds for an adopt are up to 24 hours. Once the time is up and payment wasn't received, it will be open for sale. I will not hold it for another 24 hours for the same person after the initial hold.╰› You can reupload to Toyhouse or other sites only if you credit me! I use @Asykriel everywhere.╰› After purchasing an adopt / design you will receive the full resolution image without a watermark
